Great racing, Herlings was very dominant at this one. This was kinda setup to be hist first win of the year before last week, but I think he kinda became a shoe-in after he won in Germany, which is one of his worst tracks. Also was cool to see Sacha stay off the ground and get a win, in Latvia again of all places. In terms of championship, I am not sure in MXGP, Lucas and Febvre are both good and Febvre has points on Lucas, but tbh Febv has actually been kinda off the last 2 weekends compared to Herlings and Lucas, so Lucas has a good shot at it imo. For MX2, its nice to see Kay get a moto win, and it feels like forever since he won but it was only like 3 races ago at Lugo, he’s just had such a bad run the last 2-3 races. I think he’s too far out of it without the other guys having bad motos. Andrea dropped a lot of points this weekend, which helps Kay, but Simon is so consistent atp, I cant remember a moto with him finishing outside the top 5 all year. So rn I think Simon has the best shot.
