UPDATE 2/18/23: This is it y’all. Finally wrapped up this project which has taken somewhere around 150 hours of my life. Hope everyone enjoys it. I was planning on releasing this in a few weeks because I just released 2 tracks this month, but the anticipation is killing me.
I made some changes to the main track, nothing major. The woods loop has been completely redone, I tried to make it more flowy and such. The centerline on the track isn’t too strict, as I wanted to keep the feel of it not being too regulated. Some tighter sections where you can almost double around corners are where you’ll find it being stricter because I didn’t want people just cutting the track. Lap times for me (I’m pretty buns at the game) were around 3:10-3:15 which I can imagine some of the better players coming in sub 3 minutes. I’m not sure what track in the game has the longest lap times, but this has to come close.
I still plan on adding to the compound, you’ll notice an unfinished track off in the distance. So more updates will come. Thank you to everyone for the kind words when I released the WIP version. Especially Lynds, Troyjann, & Ianmx. Don’t know how much further I would’ve gotten if it weren’t for that.

Hey everyone, hope yall are having a good day. This is my very first attempt at creating a compound/track. Very early stages but wanted to get this out and share with you this little gnarly piece of Florida.
This is a Florida sand track. If any of you Florida boys know ex-pro Mike Picone, this is his practice track. It’s basically built in a huge sand pit. Super rough and gnarly. I grew up riding this track and felt the need to replicate it. It’s not an exact replica, but its probably close to 85%.
The track contains a full blown sand track, a turn track(unfinished), and a woods loop(unfinished). I will eventually be adding in a free-ride area with some floaters and then possibly an arenacross & supercross track.
No objects or centerline yet, still have a lot of work to do.
