Description
Welcome to Alaskan Freeride
A fun riding area with tons of shoveled and natural terrain jumps along a snowmobile trail loop based in Alaska.
Real height map data from a very popular Freeride spot of Turnagain Pass Alaska, was used for my base before adding many fun riding features
Hangout at the Parking lot and hit some Freestyle ramps by the Shop/Lodge. You’ll find a few of these hauled into the hills across the map.
Out in the hills, you’ll find alot of shovel hits, there are so many freeride lines to come up with.
The trail loop isn’t very long, or much too special. But it will take you to or near almost every riding spot throughout the map.
To complete a lap time you will need to go through the parking lot. I didn’t focus at all on racing here so I never bothered to fix it.
Not all the jumps hit like butter. Some you may have to work for, gas out or hit with a more calculated approach,
To find that sweet spot of a landing.
Paramoto910 swung by to check out this F14 Tomcat tail we found. He then of coarse shoveled a hit over it! Then proceeded to leave his Red Rev behind, after getting it stuck. Legend says its still out there.
(Credits to Paramoto910 for the F14 Tail model)
There are some tricky big steppers that’s for sure.
I could have done more to this map but decided to focus on my next Track instead, this was mainly used for a test facility for the “Snocross Mod” Physics, and as practice for building realistic feeling locations.
I Hope you enjoyed the map, i love hearing the feedback and content. Also the slight teaser within the photo’s of our new upcoming Snocross chassis. The REV-DOO 600RS COMING SOON!
