UPDATE:
- Made the bib fit the rider a lot better in game so it can be used for edits and any kind of races and look better.
- Public paint already equipped on the bib so no need for the public paint. (Old Skins Still Work!!)
I was bored so I decided to make a Loretta Lynn’s BIB.
Feel free to use in any series and feel free to change the PSD to how you would like just give credits.
