After watching A1 and seeing Barcia’s wheels I decided to make them. This is Gio’s PSD that he released with the Dunlop MX33 Model. I believe it will ONLY work with the Dunlops, so if you’re using the Maxxis wheels it may show up blank.

These aren’t something you can put in your mods folder. You have to pack a skin using Painted and include this PSD as a .TGA file named “wheel” (or maybe wheels I can never remember).
